As a main manufacturer of concrete plant in China, Haomei not only has common concrete batch plants for sale of various capacities, but also accepts customization from clients. Generally speaking, Haomei concrete plant consists of five parts: weighing system, conveying system, mixing system, control system and dust removal system.

　　There are two types of aggregate weighing systems for our plants. We apply incremental method for standard plants and electrical decremental method for improved models. Weighing systems for cement and coal ash are above the mixer. Standard concrete batch plants are equipped with alternating current contactor to lift the screw, while improved models are equipped with frequency converter to distribute cement and coal ash in a more flexible way. For water and additive weighing we use suspended weighing structure with general and precise loops to guarantee precision of measurement. For aggregate conveying there are hoppers and belts. The former covers smaller area while the latter delivers aggregates farther and more efficiently. Clients can choose screw conveyor, pneumatic conveyor or scraper conveyor. Water and additives are delivered by pumps. Our concrete batch plants are equipped with double horizontal shaft mixers, key components of which come from abroad. It’s also acceptable if clients want mixers of given brands. Distributed computer system is applied to the control system which will be more reliable in this way. An exclusive dust remover eliminates dust in a more efficient way. Our design helps to avoid negative pressure in the mixer which has influence on weighing precision of cement and coal ash.
